Shipping

1. Processing

Once we receive your order please allow 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, your tracking number will update once your order is booked for pickup in our system.

2. Purchasing

Keep in mind we cannot guarantee we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. For this reason, if an item sells out, you will be contacted via phone and email about your missing item. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and their cost. offers the following shipping methods:

Prepaid -

Please allow 4 - 8 business days for domestic shipping. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our office, and in the hands of the post office we have no control over the package.   

Return & Exchange 

Returns & Exchanges (India)

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product, only if unworn, with tags intact.

  • Submit your request via our Returns/Exchange Portal.

1. Exchanges

  • Submit a request, return the item, and after quality check, we’ll dispatch your preferred size.

2. Returns

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued via original payment method or store credit.

  • Cash on Delivery orders are refunded only via store credits.

  • A Rs.150 fee per item applies for restocking & shipping.

  • Refunds take 9–16 business days; store credits are instant.

  • Worn or damaged items will be rejected.

  • Faulty items must be reported within 1 day of receipt.

  • SALE items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

 

Cancellations

  • Email us with your Order ID to cancel.

  • Rs.50 fee if order is processed but not shipped.

  • Rs.100 fee if cancellation is after delivery attempt.

 

Shipping – Worldwide

  • Shipping cost outside India: $27 USD

  • Delivery time: 8–10 business days

  • For unlisted countries, contact us at contact@thirdkit.in.

  • Custom duties (if applicable) are to be paid by the customer.

  • If additional shipping cost is needed, we’ll notify you by email.

Returns – International Orders

  • Return within 15 days, if items are unused and not personalized.

  • Include invoice and note refund/voucher request.

  • Return shipping is at your cost.

  • Use tracked shipping and send directly to:

  • We do not accept returns via parcel shops.

  • Processing takes 1–2 weeks after arrival; longer during peak periods.
